1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The wrong product was sent.

  • The product is unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used sauces (unless they are defective or spoiled).

  • Items returned beyond the eligible return window.

  • Taste preferences.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We may require you to return the product before processing a refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
